About
This show is about an average family; a family that you and I both have. And that is why it is funny. We can relate. It shows the humor in our own lives. Homer the dad; a fat drunker who knows no better, Marge the mom and police of the family, Bart the son and trouble maker, Lisa the genius goody good daughter, and Maggie the baby who doesn’t talk.

Episodes
The beginning episodes were rather stupid. The characters were ugly and the shows weren’t funny. But as time went on this changed and now the current ones even make fun of there own shows back in the time. The 1998 and 1999 seasons were the best. I could have sworn that the writers that year were genius. They wrote some of the funniest stuff I have ever seen. The 2000 season was kind of stupid, but most of the episodes were funny. I can’t wait for next years season. I just know it will be the best yet. What do you guys think as the best episode yet?

Conclusion
This show is hilarious and will appeal to people of all age and gender. Some of the jokes might be inappropriate for younger viewers though, so you might want to watch the show with your kids first. All in all, I think that the Simpson’s makes a bold statement in today’s TV world, and that it is one of the last great shows on TV.
