one way to deal with postpartum depression

Feb 10 '00

After a baby is born 99% of women go through this stage in their lives. For some it may last a couple weeks and for others you need some help from ur family doctor. I think it is highly important for babies to feel loved 100% and to see mommy always happy. Doctors say that if you are happy, the baby is always happy, if you are blue, the baby is crabby too.
If you are experiencing problems with your Postpartum Depression, I recommend that you talk to your family doctor or me. I have gone through this and as a matter of fact, It would simultaneously come back. So...I was put on an anti-depressant pill called Celexa. It took all the depression away and baby is happy till this day!
