I purchased this system because I liked the denim/ruffle pattern and the ease of the infant carrier locking onto the stroller. I should have researched different travel systems before purchasing. This system is a nightmare!
First of all, it squeaks. There's nothing you can do about it. Evenflo sent me new wheels. They squeak. They replaced the whole stroller. The second one squeaks. I use WD-40... two days later it squeaks. LOUDLY.
80% of these systems that I see in the mall squeak the same way. I usually hear them and know it's going to be a Trendsetter.
Secondly, it does not FULLY recline. Close, but no cigar. Makes a difference when you want to change a diaper in it. WHICH... by the way, is a joke because the front bar not only doesn't open or come off, but it rests in a place that falls across the baby's hips. You CAN'T change a diaper in this stroller.
You also can't get a baby in and out comfortably. The bar is bulky with the padding on and dangerously edgy without it. From 4 months on my daughter was getting wedged under the bar when I tried to lift her out. Is baby in a snowsuit? FORGEDDABOUTIT. Also, the footrest is not adjustable, therefore an infant doesn't have the extended place to rest their legs before their legs are long enough to reach the lower footrest. Their feet dangle.
This stroller is heavy and bulky and takes up most of my trunk.
I do not recommend this stroller to ANYONE. There are other travel systems out there that look to be better, but honestly for the amount of times I used it as a whole system, I think the way to go is a regular stroller.
