I believe that black and white toys/books are definitely an eye opener for all babies. I think the reason why they love them colors is because right when they come out of the womb they see nothing but shadows. So, there is my opinion! When you read black and white books to babies, this is the best way to get them interested in listening to stories. We received this black and white book that you can put in the tub and baby loves it so much- she will look over it forever when he is the this tub. Also the infant toys that are black and white will keep your little one dazzled for hours on end.
