Coping with Death by Murder
Apr 24 '00
This is going to the hardest thing that I have ever put into words on paper. As it is an on going thing with so many court hearings and sentences still on going. It gives the Family no time to heal. This is something that should not ever happen to any Family.
The anger that all the family feels is beyond description.
First I will tell you about the kidnapping and murder of my Brothers son the baby of the Family 31 years old. He had a job he liked was buying his own home along with a girl friend. Then last summer they broke up and she moved out. Then to bring in more money to help him keep up with house payments, he rented out a couple of rooms. With in a few weeks he discovered what was going on during the day when he was at work. He came home from work and found out that these people where dealing drugs out of his home. He then told them that they would have to move out by the first of the Month.Thats it he did nothing else to these monsters ( the word used in the court room for these people)This was the beginning of the end for him. At this same time two of their friends got arrested for outstanding warrants, and these people accursed him of having" nacred," which he did not do. In court the man who reported to the police where those two where, testified that he was the person who turned them in. So his death was senseless they murdered the wrong man. He was held captive in his own home for up to four days, they had him duck taped at wrists, ankles and gagged. The things that they did to him for all these days were so horrible, he was beaten over and over again, with a hammer, a rod, rolling pin, a stun gun. They hammered his face so bad broke almost every bone in his body, he was kicked stomped on, at one point they called others to the house to beat on him, They taped him to a chair. Made others that they called to the house march around him, and told them that if they ever nacred this is what would happen to them. Now after nearly four days of this he was stuffed into a big duffle bag and then beaten with a hammer and other things, then they took turns spraying an aerosol into the bag then stepped and stomped on it till he died.
Now they loaded the bag into a car trunk. He was then driven to a remote railroad trestle. They tied a cement block to the bag, and dropped it off the trestle a 50 foot drop. It was a week later that it was found by a man walking his dog.
These people continued to live in his house all this time. They also took his cash cards and drew out every cent of his money.
At this time as I write this two girls and four guys are in jail. And there could still be more arrests made.
We the family of ( Randy) have only a few photos and all our memories to remember him by. I will never forget the Thursdays when he was a little guy five or six he and I used to do all the garage sales together.
The killers still have their lives, their familes can go see them in jail, but they are a live. We don't have that chance ever again. We will get thur this and go on with our lives, but he will never be forgotten
Now I want to warn all young people, parents Grandparents, land lords. But most of all anyone that needs to take in room mates to help make ends meet. Please oh please be ever so careful who you rent to.
This was not a big town where this happened, its a small country town. It makes no difference now days how large or small a town is, terrible things happen every where.
I beg of you please be careful.
