I had *triplets* the hard way!!

Ok, so technically, my kids are really not triplets. They are 19 months apart & 13 months apart, so we always jokingly say that we had "triplets the hard way!"
All 3 kids have very different personalities & temperaments. They tend to really defend & stick up for each other against other playmates, but amongst themselves, WOW, what bickering!! There are the occasional times when they are best friends, & those moments can happen several times a day, usually not lasting long though at this stage in the game.
My boys are the ones 13 months apart & people are always asking if they are twins. They wear the same size everything, except the youngest is a bit shorter & his pants need to be a little shorter. They even wear the same size shoes. I find these two, in particular, are already very competitive. They want the same of EVERYTHING, as does their sister, be it dolls, train sets, hot wheels, sidewalk chalk, skates, cups, whatever.
When we do the shopping for any occasion, such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, etc., we make sure that each of them get the same thing, with the big gift for each one only being different.
There are many days when I am utterly exhausted by the daily care of my children. Having had them all well under 3 years, I didn't have much sleep for a long while, & still don't sometimes, even though they are now almost 3, almost 4 & 5-1/2. Our household is a busy one!!
One adventure I have to insert here, is the shopping trips with my kids! Yikes! I normally shop with them alone, while my husband is at work, & let me tell you, I have been in some lively adventures with them!!
Speaking of the arguing thing also, once about a year ago, we were on a road trip & on the way home, it had grown dark, & my husband & I were having a discussion in the front of the van when I became aware that child #2 was crying. I asked him what was wrong, to which his reply was......are you ready?? LOL
He sobbed out "Casey won't go get me the moon!!" Ahhhhh, my children even argue over the MOON!
I am glad they are all close in age, even though right now, things are rather tough. I am not close in age to my siblings & so I hope that my kids will grow up very close & with a bond that I never got to experience myself. We do plan on more children, & I say childREN, because I want 2 more, close together, as we had the first three!
