Family of 7..not an easy task

Never in my life would I have imagined that I would be a mom of 5 kids.When in High School,I swore I would never have children,but I would adopt a child.. I had my 1st child at age 20,after that,I wanted more. I felt so loved and important taking such good care of my childen. never in my life would I realize that the " perfect" children I gave birth to would have mental disabilities.It is not easy to raise 5 children,especially since my oldest will be 10 this year.The peer pressure,the living in an area where your child is a minority.I urge all parents that when having children,do a lot of research,don't think you "know it all" like I did,because I still ahve a lot to learn.i lve all my kids and peope always ask me"Are they all yours?" I kinda chuckle inside,wondering why they ask me that,since all my kids look alike.I tell them yes they are...When I look at my kids I don't see "ALOT" of children,but I see MY children,which I love with my whole heart and soul.
