| st9872's Full Review: Evenflo Trendsetter Travel System |
This stroller/car seat combo works great for us. The car seat fit well in my Dodge. I am not strong by any means and I can fold and un-fold the stroller myself with no struggle at all. I like the cup-holder on the stroller for me to use for my soda when I takes our baby for a walk. We both like that the basket underneath is quite roomy. Others have made the comment that you can transfer the carseat from the car to the stroller when the baby is sleeping. This didn't work often for me because the carseat snaps quite tightly into the base in the car so to take it out I had to do quite a heave. My husband is better at doing it smoothly and not waking the baby. I'm not complaining though, I like the fact it snaps in tightly and loudly. That way I know it's in correctly and my baby is safe!
Some of the features to this combo are:
*Features the Evenflo Discovery infant car seat with three-point safety harness
*Car seat is made for infants up to 20 lbs. or 27"; Stroller weighs 19 lbs. and holds toddlers up to 40 lbs.
*Stroller seat has two positions, full recline or upright
*Rear-facing car seat can be used with or without base
*Stroller canopy with viewing window extends for better sun protection
*Heavy-duty frame folds in one step and locks automatically
*Stroller's front tray/drink holder snaps easily on and off
*Oversized basket under the seat holds all the essentials
*Unique T-bar grip handle lets you push and steer easily with just one hand
*Removable upholstery can be machine washed
Stroller is 18" x 27" x 42" high when open; 18" x 27" x 12" high when folded, this makes it easy to fit in small trunks.
