| drewped's Full Review: Evenflo On My Way Travel System |
I really think of my strollers as my Pinto and my Cadillac. I use the Pinto (a cheap umbrella stroller) when I have to, but prefer my Cadillac (my Evenflo).
This stroller is easy to maneuver, comfortable for baby and carries everything you could possibly need. I have been laughed at pulling out the million things I can shove into the basket. There are also many smaller pockets for bottles and toys. The adult tray holds two drinks and other items. It is often sticky because the drinks tend to splash. The drink tray for son is often not installed because it pops off when putting the stroller in my trunk. I don't usually take the time to put it on. When the stroller is folded the tray is in a very awkward position sticking out.
I feel it is a necessity for walks, outings and major shopping trips. He is able to take a nap which has come in handy at rodeos and car races. I have even changed him in it once but I don't recommend it!
The car seat is very convenient to carry from car to your destination. Although it is heavy and a little awkward, I don't believe that can be helped much. I actually had my son sleep in his car seat (at home) a few times when he was congested. My son approached 20lbs (the seats limit) at the age of 3 months so we had to switch to a seat that would hold his weight. It is simple to install on the stroller or in your car (using the base). It is less safe without the base but still fairly easy to install, if needed.
I would recommend the use of this system to anyone and will be using it again in the future.
