END morning sickness, really!!!

Ok, probably the BEST way to prevent morning sickness is to not be pregnant. But, because pregnancy is a natural part of a woman's life, it is unavoidable. Or is it? I recommend not getting up in the morning. That way, one avoids the situations involved in morning sickness. However, if you actually DO have to get up in the morning, don't drink coffee. Most people believe that one's diet doesn't affect morning sickness, when in reality, certain precautions can help to ease the pain substantially. For one thing, NO CAFFEINE! NO! NONE! ZERO! ZIP! No soda and coffee, no chocolate (caffiene in that too!) nothing with caffeine! Not only will you feel and sleep better, morning sickness pain will be cut in half by at least 50%, I gaurentee it!
Just cut out caffeine, and in about a week, you WILL notice changes in your health. This will also help the baby, as doctors are now discovering that children can be born with a slight caffeine addiction. I grew up on soda pop, and moved on to coffee when I became an adult. When I went without caffeine for even ONE DAY, I felt nervous, anxious, EXTREMELY emotional, and I had trouble sleeping. My doctor told me that weening myself off of caffeine would help, and it did. Now I feel better, and my health has improved!
Say no to the Jo!
