Morning Sickness Tips
May 13 '00
After having morning sickness (which we all know is not just in the morning) for 12 weeks of my pregnancy, I would like to share some of the things that helped me.
I had constant nausea. Not so much vomiting, just constant, day and night, nausea. Sea Bands didn't work for me. We have all heard of dry toast, which worked well for me. Frequent meals, in other words, if my stomach was full then I felt fine. But we all know you can't always have a full stomach all the time. But try that one. My absolute favorite was lemon water. Cold water with lemon juice in it worked every time. I have also heard to smell lemons, the smell has something to do with easing morning sickness.
Most of all just keep focused that all this will be over sooner than you think and you will be holding a beautiful baby in your arms as your reward for going through all of the good and bad of pregnancy.
