Originally, I picked out this car seat because the handle looked ergonomically correct and I liked the stay-put base feature. Ironically, these were the two reasons why I ended up returning it.

The design of the handle forced me to carry the seat in an awkward position. I was forever bumping the seat into my hip, which was not comfortable for me or the baby! I couldn't figure out which way to position my hand on the handle and ended up carrying the seat in front of me with two hands.

If that wasn't enough, I was never able to remove the seat from the base. The beauty of this feature is that you can easily click the seat into the base or remove the seat from it's base and use it as a carrier. However, try as I might I could not budge the release button and my poor baby almost got whiplash from my attempts. My husband had better luck removing the seat, but it shouldn't require above average strength to work properly.

That said, this car seat seemed comfortable and was very attractive, but the problems I had were not fixable and drove me crazy. So, I returned it after a couple of months of struggle.
