I thought it was over, then it came back!

I started having morning sickness right after I got pregnant. As a matter of fact, that's what made me think that maybe I should take a test. The morning sickness lasted through the first few months, then went away for a few, then came back at the end. It would hit me at all times of the day and was caused by all different smells.
The smell of coffee made me sick but the worst thing was grocery stores! I don't know what it was but every time I walked in one I would get sick.
My morning sickness wasn't that bad though. I hate to throw up but I guess because I knew that I would be having a baby at the end of all this it wasn't so bad.
I found several things that helped me. Sometimes they would work, sometimes not. Hope these ideas help!
*If I went too long without eating I would get sick. I had several small meals a day and snacked on dry foods in between.
*I know you aren't supposed to drink a lot of caffeine but Coke helped me when I started feeling like I was going to throw up.
*NAPS!! When I got really tired I seemed to throw up more.
*Avoid grocery stores! If you can't get someone else to go make sure you have a full tummy before you walk in there and try to stay away from the meat section.
*Greasy foods did it to me every time!
