I remember seeing these great inventions a few years ago and thinking "Boy I wish I had these for Tara and Benjamin years ago". Well, when we found out we were expecting our third bundle of joy, this was my FIRST purchase. My husband and I did alot of comparison shopping, trying to find the easiest to use, a must for parents of a busy cheerleader and hockey boy! This was by far, the easiest to use. And reasonably priced among the others, we found one $20 cheaper (at BJ's Wholesalers) than the average price of 169.00. Other stroller/carseat combo's had other pieces to put on the stroller so the seat would fit, etc. . The ease of use from the base in the car to putting the seat on the stroller is one quick movement and a snap. And with one quick lever, the seat easily lifts off the stroller also :) The stroller has a nice roomy basket underneath for all the accessories. Whatever happened to the 3 position back strollers? It's either straight up or flat down now adays. That was my only pet peeve when purchasing. I loved the see through flap on the canopy so you can see your baby though. And what a great protector (along with the carseat canopy) against inclement weather! If you put both together they form a little protector canopy :)
The carseat held my peanut of a daughter for a full year. Of course I didn't carry it with her in it at the end but at the beginning it was very light and easy to carry. I love the design of the handle and it's so comfy to hold. The only drawbacks I found were the buckle and the cleaning of the stroller material. The carseat buckle was alittle difficult to unsnap at times and to clean the material in the stroller means you have to take the entire stroller apart :(
