| Heathers75's Full Review: Evenflo Trendsetter Advantage Travel System |
When I found out I was pregnant, my husband and I decided that we wanted a stroller/carseat combo. We figured it would be nice to transfer the baby from the back seat to the stroller without waking him up. I did a bunch of research and we decided on this travel system (it seems like there are several different models to the trendsetter advantage). Here are some of the features:
* 5 point harness- This was the only stroller/carseat combo that I found that had a 5 point harness. That was one of the features that was very important to me and was a must.
* 1 handed steering- I also thought this was a great idea, though I think it is easier to steer with 2 hands
* Cup holder and "snack" compartment on top- I thought this was a wonderful idea! It makes it so much easier to push a stroller with 2 hands and to have a place to put your drink
* Suspension- This was a must for my husband. He liked the idea of suspension on a stroller so you can go over small bumps without waking the baby
* Easy fold up (they claim it's easy with one hand...but I think it's better to use both)- I found this stroller very easy to fold up and put in the trunk. Though it is a large stroller, it didn't seem any bigger than other combo strollers.
* Matching head support- I know this is something so simple, but I think it looks nice to have a matching head support for the stroller.
All in all, I think this is a great stroller. I haven't had any problems with mine and plan to have it for a long time!
