Great stroller!

by ItsVic , Sep 22 '00
Pros: Lightweight, big storage baskets
Cons: Wide, takes up a lot of room when collapsed
I have put this stroller through a lot of abuse and it has stood up to it. I have used it for my twin sons and their older brother. The boys are almost three and five now. The twins ride in the seats and their brother usually stands on the front foot...

Love It

by pegasus72 , Mar 08 '00
Pros: Will take a licken and keep on ticken
Cons: takes up room in vehicle
We purchased this item because we found our family growing fast when we took in our nephew who was the same age as our daughter. A single stroller just was not doing the job. We test drove it before we bought it in a baby store, and I fell in love with...

My Double Wide!!!!

by Mommyof2qys , Mar 08 '00
Pros: Easy to Use and Lightweight
Cons: Not Major Department Store friendly
When the thought of a double stroller purchase went through my mind i dreaded the even thought! They are either too long or too wide, i thought. I went to look at them and actually take one for a test drive. I first tested the front/back kind. I put...

So So Stroller

by svkingcrew , Apr 07 '00
Pros: Side By Side, recline seats
Cons: BIG, hard to control
I bought my Graco Double Stroller right after my second child was born. I had originaly bought a tandem stroller and found that my son did not have enough room when sitting in the rear seat. He was only 2 months old and was very cramped. So I went out...

Double wide a pain in the neck

by robinherrick , Jan 10 '02
Pros: Relatively lightweight, lots of storage
Cons: Nearly impossible to turn when kids get over 15 lbs each.
I bought this stroller after agonizing over the limo style vs double wide.

I haven't had any trouble getting it through doors, but if you're shopping in the mall and you see something off the main strip, fuggedaboutit! I've wiped out more...

Love it!

by winewinn , Jul 18 '00
Pros: Roomy compartments for your stuff, side-by-side so the kids aren't kicking the one in front of the other,
Cons: Occasionally got stuck inbetween clothing aisles.
I purchased the Graco DuoRider after the birth of my son, when my daughter was just 17 months old.

It was great for taking in malls. I never had a problem getting through shop doors or my own house doors, it was just the right width. The only...

Wider Isles Please!

by indymay , Mar 03 '00
Pros: Fits two kids, nice patterns, lots of luggage space...
Cons: Price, bulkiness, hard to fold down...
I asked someone to purchase it for me as a baby shower gift. It was high priced (over a $100) and not worth it...
All the happy families looked so nice pushing it around. I should have known better though. It's SUPER wide and being a single mom I...

Twinpeanuts Duo Ride w/Graco

by twinpeanuts , Dec 18 '00
Pros: Washes up like a dream, one seat reclined doesn't affect the other, roomy storage basket, Seats fully recline, large sunroof. The handle is tall, Stroller folds up and can even fit in the front seat of my van and no fighting involved
Cons: Not well equipped for rugged terrain. The canopy while generous flies back so easily with the smallest gust of wind. I really prefer the one handed seat reclining versus the two on this model If you don't recline the seat before folding stroller the tabs
Well I purchased this stroller so I would have a back-up stroller and to have a different seating arrangement for my twins as they travelled via strollers this year!

Ease of use: simply snaps open and closes easily too, just recline the...

Caution: Wide Load Coming Through

by LittleBratt , Apr 21 '00
Pros: Great Idea
Cons: To Wide for Practical Use
I saw this is a catalog and had to have it for my kids. I thought what a great idea, a 2 seat stroller with no one having to sit in back, which is a problem with most kids, they all want to be up front.

I purchased this stroller, despite...

A Double Good Value!!

by eagltigr , Jan 02 '01
Pros: A compact, sturdy, functional ,attractive looking stroller at a great price!
Cons: Wide wheel base requires wheelchair sized doors and aisles.
Whenever I am out with my two kids one of the most asked questions I get is "where did you get that stroller?" After already trying the front and back models during my childcare provider days I had decided that it was not the kind for me....

Twice As Nice

by angijo , May 01 '00
Pros: Easy to open and close, inexpensive
Cons: Wide
When we found out we were having twins, we were in shock. Then began the search for a stroller. I contacted as many twins groups as I could to pose the question, 'side by side or in-line'. After sifting through the pros and cons of both, I decided I...

The worst stroller I've used

by BETSYRBERG , Nov 12 '00
Pros: Cheap, large basket
Cons: poor design,not durable,
This stroller's poor design causes the stroller bar (and any attached toys) to hit the ground when being folded. I am not a clean freak but since this is your baby's mouth that will one day wrap itself around the bar and that is gross. Also it is way...

better than I expected

by LtlRedHen3 , Jul 04 '00
Pros: easy maneuvering, large baskets
Cons: only reclines flat back.

I bought this chair because of an increase in the under-two's in my daycare this year. I wasn't crazy about the idea of a side-by-side, thought it would be too hard to maneuver. I'm glad I changed my mind. I had a front-to-back model before...

Lightweight for twins

by suntara , Apr 24 '00
Pros: both babies get a front seat
Cons: will not fit around clothing racks
I purchased this stroller for my twins and it has lived up to my expectations. It is very easy to fold and unfold. I wanted a side by side stroller so that both of my babies got a "front seat". I also wanted both babies to be able to...

Great walking stroller for two babies

by molle3 , May 30 '00
Pros: large baskets, great handles for pushing, smooth ride
Cons: sometimes too wide for doorways, not suitable for going shopping
When I decided to buy a double stroller for my newborn and 15 month old I was indecisive about getting the side by side version, but after hours of research I decided upon the Graco Duo Rider. At first I was really excited about having both the kids in...
