Pros: It has a very large basket. Cons: It is hard to fit through doorways.
We looked at hundreds of double strollers when we found out that I was pregnant with twins. We desided on the graco side by side, since most people that we knew recommended it. The stroller is great if you take the babies outside for a walk. They both...

Pros: easy to set up and put away, light weight Cons: difficult to move in small areas
Pros: This stroller is light weight. It sets up and folds down easily.
Cons: If you are a mall shopper, this stroller is to wide to shop with. It simply won't fit in between the racks easily, nor does it turn well.
When...

Pros: Storage, durability, simplicity Cons: Width
This stroller is an easy winner over all the other double strollers we had seen. It offers the advantages of easy accessibility to both children, large stow away baskets for trips to the mall or park and a comfortable grip. Not to mention how easy it...

Pros: reclining seats, large basket, removable seat covers, easily maneuvered, wears excellent Cons: doesn't fit down aisles of overcrowded stores
I bought the Graco duo rider because I was having twins and the front-to-back stroller bought for me was designed for an older child and infant. Since I needed the seats to accommodate children of the same age, the Graco duo rider fit my needs. I like...

Graco Duo Rider Stroller
by mhalpin ,Oct 22 '04
Pros: Inexpensive, folds easily, comfortable, large storage baskets which were easily accessible. Cons: Not as "nimble" as more expensive brands, squeaky wheels after a few uses, poor sun-shade.
We bought this stroller for a nanny share situation and picked it for it's price. We weren't sure how long we would need it for, or how much use it would really get.
Turns out the nanny loved to take walks, often two or three a day. The stroller held up to frequent use, showing little sign of wear (except for squeaky wheels). Our kids combined weight is now well over 45 pounds, and the stroller has become a bit more difficult to push. We decided to invest in a higher end double stroller with a different wheel base, more "features" and much more fluid, comfortable ride (for the pusher).
For the price though, I would recommend the Duo Rider for anyone interested in a side by side double stroller on a budget.
