Everytime I bring home the Star Magazine my husband laughs at me, then he shakes his head and rolls his eyes. I cant seem to convince him that I'm only reading it for the entertainment. No matter how many times I tell him differently, for some reason, he is just so sure that I think everything in it is the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The real truth of the matter is, I just like reading the stories about the celebrities, not to mention the "What People are Wearing" section. I love to look at the pictures of famous people wearing way overpriced clothing. I always pick which outfit is my favorite and which one I might actually wear (If I could squeeze into that small of a size).
I think the Star is the best of the gossip papers. It has much better stories than the other magazines and a lot better pictures. Although I do think the Princess Diana stories and the JonBenet Stories have gone on long enough! Let both of them rest in peace!
I always save Dear Meg and the crossword sections for last.
This magazine isnt for everyone. Younger kids should not read it, unless approved by an adult, due to the fact that some articles contain talk about sex and adultery.
I have been reading this magazine for quite some time and will continue to do so. I recommend it to anyone who loves reading about celebrities.
