Well, I will start out by admitting I used to buy this magazine at least once a month. I have since cut back. Now I can have some celebrity gossip sent to my email address instead. I went grocery shopping today and bought an issue once again. The little headline about Diana's lovenest caught my eye, riiiiight. That is the reason I purchased Star magazine.

Inside of Star magazine you will find all of today's gossip about most of your young and older movie stars. Another headline caught my eye on this weeks issue: Susan Smith is on the cover once again. She is supposedly pregnant by a security guard. To those who do not know this name, she is the woman who left her babies in the car to drown a few years ago now. I hope she is not pregnant. She does not deserve that. On to more positive gossip in this magazine called Star.
Front and center on the main page is Ellen Degeneres. She is waving her fist because supposedly her significant other has fallen for a guy.
Also featured this week is LeAnn Rimes. She has come down with a virus called Cher's Disease. This virus purportedly causes fatigue and swollen vocal chords. LeAnn canceled a nationwide tour over this. awwww. She is such
a tremendous singer with a voice that rivals Patsy Cline's voice.
Alright!! Also in this magazine are hot stories about your favorite soap opera. I do not watch soaps so this is wasted space for me. I skip over this section. Others however, will find this section useful in keeping up to date on those gorgeous housewives who do nothing all day and still have a clean house, rich husband, and perfect children.
Hey Hey. Toward the end of the magazine are 2 pages filled with pictures of glamorous women. This section is called StarFashion. I like checking out the various gowns. Also shown are not so nice outfits that stars choose to wear and be caught photographed in. This weeks women featured are: Debbie Reynolds, Halle Berry, Catherine Bell looking very classy in a tight red and white optical illusion print dress. Another woman who graces these pages frequently is Sharon Stone. She is wearing a wild looking halter top leopard print dress that looks spray painted on!
This issue also included 4 pages on Princess Diana. Not much new gossip here for Star to rehash. I hated how the press exploited her death. Let the poor soul be happy in heaven with Dodi Fayed who also died with Diana.
Divorced With Children exclusive interview. Wooo, yes let's air our most intimate details in Star Magazine. Breaking up is hard to do for Actress Katey Sagal and drummer Jack White. They are married with 2 cute little kids. Shame for the children.
To all of the Backstreet Boy fans: BRIAN LITTRELL IS MARRIED!!! He tied the knot September 2 in Atlanta Georgia with a gorgeous Britney Spears look-a-like. Gotta give the boy credit, she is older and has been with him since his open heart surgery in 1998. aww, how sweet!
Sneak peek at T.V.s new sexiest stars. Also inside is an article about Montel saving someone's life. Article shows a picture of a truck that hit a tree head on. Purportedly, Montel helped the kid out of the truck.
And for those of us who like astrology or read horoscopes regularly, Star includes a page called StarScope. This horoscope is for the week of September 17th. To all my fellow Aries out there in Epinions land, your luck numbers this week are: 5, 11, 16 and 30. Your lucky color is black.
There are many advertisements. This week is a Mountain Dew truck. Only 10$ woo hoo. My favorite colors, green and yellow, NOT!
There is also a crossword puzzle, semi easy. Take-A-Break is the puzzle page that is fun for all! This week's star quiz: Foods in your refrigerator tell a lot about you!! Yeah I need to go grocery shopping AGAIN.
Star magazine costs $1.68 in USA and $1.99 in Canada. This magazine is distributed weekly.
They also have special editions of Star Magazine that cost more and feature Jackie Onassis for instance.

I do like the pictures of different famous people. Amazing how many of them are pencil thin after 5 children. (joking)
If you like gossip and have the money to throw away on it, I would recommend this magazine to you. If you do not want to buy this, there are different places on line who will email you celebrity gossip every week. Save the money you would pay for this magazine and put the money towards your phone or ISP bill.
My sister buys this magazine and many others every week. When I go to her house, I make her give me her old ones that are gathering dust. She says she's collecting them. Yeah right, more like a pack rat if you ask me. Ask my sister's opinion of this magazine, she loves it! She should buy stock in Star. There are other magazines like National Enquirer and such so you always have a choice of this weeks gossip.
Where to buy this magazine: Your local grocery store usually features this magazine at the checkout line. Stand in line and read and then do not buy the magazine. That will make some checkers mad. Other's do not seem to mind as long as you do not wrinkle the magazine.
Buy this magazine if it is your only choice of reading material and you like gossip.
