Ok I admit, I am addicted to this magazine. I was getting it by mail, then the subscription ran out and I was mortified because I forgot to renew it. OMG< what will I do? So every Friday, I schlep my child to the nearest Supermarket and snatch it up.
It is funny, I have to know what is going on in that other world called Hollywood. I mean who wore what, who's with who and what deep dark secrets will the maid reveal. Every week when I finish my Star I am depressed. You mean I have to wait 4 more days for a new one? How will I survive. No I KNOW that everything they say is not gospel, but it is very entertaining. I also have seen Star print stories and then say weeks, months later, it's on Entertainment Tonight. Scooped by a tabloid, how embarassing.
They also put some good recipes and diet tips in there from time to time. They include menus and stuff. Also the horoscope section is hilarious too.
I don't know what else to say except I would recommend this to everyone who wants some intrique and excitement to come into their house weekly. Buy, Subscribe or ask for it for Xmas, but GET this tabloid. It is well worth it.
