Laura Geller Cosmetics
Every time this woman is on QVC, I order something. Her "Spackle" products are great. Pretty much everything is. I'm addicted.
Thankfully I'm starting to break my Too Faced addiction. I have six Too Faced things right now and don't have a whole lot of urge to try more. You never know, though - LOL.

Never heard of this brand
I am lucky that I never did either since I cannot afford any new makeup at the moment.
I do like my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer even better than Serious Skin Care one.

RE: Never heard of this brand
I've heard so many good things about Laura Mercier, Bonnie! I need to try some of her products ASAP. A friend of mine who lives in San Jose, CA loves her products. I think our own bops_mom loves her products too.

Yes
Laura Mercier has some nice stuff (I love her Amber Rose Lip Glace!). I wish someone (and Liss aka bops_mom will echo this sentiment) would make a tinted moisturizer that has NO SPF! UGH!
I haven't heard of this brand though... interesting! I never watch QVC and after reading the posts today, I see that is a GOOD thing! LOL I have enough of an addiction without watching that... I cant' stay off of Sephora.com and Ebay!

RE: Yes
I like some of the Laura Mercier stuff... like her under eye concealer - awesome! Also her lip liner and gloss. I wasn't crazy about the foundation (broke me out - but then what doesn't?), etc. But That's about all I've tried from her line.
Never heard of Laura Gellar though...
and yeah, I have real issues staying away from eBay and Sephora.com. :D

RE: Yes
Laura Geller is a 20+ yr. makeup artist who lives in New York. She has her own line of cosmetics and they are really great! I love her stuff. Every time she's on QVC, I end up ordering something.
I love QVC. I have a QVC addiction PROBLEM and I need a 12 step program! |

Laura Gellar makeup
I agree, it's awsome, but....
her product isnt anything she created. She uses a product line that is manufactured for makeup artists without a label, and they stamp their own name on it. I used to work for a makeup artist and I have a case full of this stuff. I agree, it's good. It's also fairly inexpensive. I love the creamstick blush, powderliners, and conceal kohl pencil. |

RE: Laura Geller Cosmetics
Do you ever wear the Spackle on its own?
I don't like to use foundation unless I'm going somewhere fancy but could use a little help on ordinary days! I have an oily t-zone but normal to dry skin everywhere else.
Thanks :-) |

RE: Laura Gellar makeup
I read your review and was interested in knowing who the cosmetic manufacturer was that you were referring to. I'm a make-up artist myself and it would be a really good source for future referrence. Thanks so much! |

RE: Yes
I do love Laura Mercier eye colors and cosmetic brushes. I haven't tried anything else though. I am going to try some of Laura Geller's Spackle cream that I've heard a lot about watching QVC. That channel is the devil's work! LOL And I do agree with you regarding ebay and "ISSUES" - beware! |

Laura Geller make-up
You can find Laura Geller make-up on QVC, and in her studio in NY. I have used her Balance and Brighten and Bronze and Brighten, Face Spackle and Eye and Lip Spackle, and more. and LOVE LOVE LOVE it all! I am an admitted make-up junkie...Stila, Nars, Sue Devitt, Lancome, etc. I tried Bare Minerals but it makes my face itch and I feel it doesn't last long on my face.
Laura's stuff in combination seems to give me great coverage, without heaviness (just use the balance and brighten for foundation)AND it lasts all day long without reapplying. My face doesn't get shiny and it doesn't look cakey-powdery either. Her stuff isn't glittery either.
She has some new products with light reflectors that I am going to try next. |

I'm not sure what you mean. I don't think you can find something that's the same. For example, isn't she the only one who has a product like Spackle, as well as a product like Bronze & Brighten? Her stuff isn't like MAC or any other brand at all in my opinion. In addition, I don't know how you can find it cheaper even if her stuff is the same as something else. It's ALL expensive! |

Laura Geller Makeup
I think the company who manufactures the makeup is called "Your Name Makeup". Their website is:
http://www.yournamepro.com/stores/your_name_cosmetics/index.html
It produces private label cosmetics and skincare, and its business is helping individuals to build their own brand. As far as I can see they don't really sell direct to the public. |

Laura Gellar Help.....
Hey, I just this moment started learning about Laura Gellar cosmetics from Sephora.com.
I have oily skin and VERY dark circles under my eyes. I don't like to wear LOTS of makeup, but I do like to look polished and done up (if that makes sense!)
I was hoping those of you who are familiar with her line of products, could help me.
WHAT SHOULD I ORDER?!?
(oily skin, dark circles)
P.S I want a clean, matte, radiant look! |

geller cosmetics
I haven't used any of her products yet, but I was watching QVC, and was quite interested. I wanted the creaseless concealer for under my eyes. I wanted some feedback from anyone who has used this product. I have very sensitive skin, and dark under eye circles, no other major skin problems. Just trying to get some info, before I purchase. Any advice welcome. |

RE: Never heard of this brand
laura Mercier tinted moisturizer with SPF 20 isn't a complete sunscreen. (I have it( I just found out from "Don't Go To The Cosmetics Counter Without Me" book that it doesn't have UVB protectin -- only UVA, and we need both in our sunscreen. So I'm looking for a better tinted moisturize (probably Stila). |

Spackle is a Face Primer and ..
there are lots of face primers on the market now. SmashBox makes a very nice one and I just found an inexpensive one by Revlon "Instant Firming Face Primer" for about $12. Now if they'd only add sunscreen to it ! |
