I have short and very thin lashes and I'm looking for a mascara that can volumize and lengthen, but still something i could wear and look natural

any suggestions? I'd be grateful if it was a more well-known brand as I live in the Philippines and it's not easy to find much hard-to-find brands.

I personally use the Estee Lauder Lash Primer Plus with the Projectionist mascara....love it! If you are looking for something less spendy the Cover Girl Lash Exact is pretty good too. I have had great luck with finding very good mascara over the years. I seem to have the opposite problem my lashes are very long and thick. But I think this will definately work for you. I use cover girl mascara the fantastic lash or the professional super thick lash they are great ways to get a little bit of extra length and also a good way to get some more thickness to your lashes. They tend to come in red, blue or purple for different colors, waterproof or you can get it without being waterproof. I definately recommend these products.
