Ojon?

Has anyone tried Ojon? What do you think of it? I watch the Ojon hours on QVC and I can't believe how much their product line has expanded in just a few years. I ordered the two-piece Ojon Extreme Volume Lift and Hold set (Animated Styling Cream and the Fortify, Lift and Hold Mist). It came with a little sample jar of the original Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment. The set arrived today...the UPS driver was knocking on the front door at 7:30 PM and scared me half to death.

I think that maybe either Paula (Bugg) or Patty has tried Ojon - I'm going to go and look for some reviews.

RE: Ojon?

I tried the restorative treatment. The scent gagged me and it weighed my hair down and made it feel sticky and gross. It seems like it would work better for people with ultra dry, coarse hair. I do think Paula reviewed it and liked it, though, so I may be the minority.

RE: Ojon?

Hey Stacey,

Yes it was me that reviewed and loved the restorative treatment despite myself. I have also used the hydrating shampoo and conditioner and like those too but haven't gotten around to reviewing them. I saw that show on QVC and was thinking that they have expanded the product line a lot. I almost ordered those 2 big honkin bottles of shampoo and conditioner but was too lazy to get out of my warm bed and get the phone LOL.

Last year they came out with something called Tawaka or Tunu (or something weird like that) that I was not crazy about. The kit came with two new products that I didn't like. One of them was the elastik hair spray which didn't hold my hair at all.

I've seen the Tawaka and I think the Tunu (like you said, something like that) as well. They look good but they're expensive.

I took a good look at my set last night and one of the products had been USED! The seal was broken on the hair mist and there was about an inch and a half of it missing from the bottle. I called QVC, and they said that it was shipped to me directly from Ojon. Ojon had better get their quality control in check because that was gross. It also wasn't supposed to come with a little sample of the hair treatment and they told me to just keep it. There was a weird brown cap in the box too that didn't fit any of my products. Anyway, QVC emailed me a pre-paid UPS label to send it back at their expense, which was nice, and that will trigger a new set to be sent to me.

RE: Ojon?

Oh you're KIDDING? How gross! I'm glad that you called and QVC made it right. Too bad that it had to happen in the first place and that you've got to wait for the return processing time and all, but good that they fixed it. It's really refreshing to me to see all the companies that are paying for return shipping. It seems to be becoming more popular. I returned two things last month with pre paid return shipping and I gotta tell you, that was nice.

Hope you get your stuff soon!

I've always been pleased with how QVC treats their customers. They don't always pay for return shipping, but in this case they almost HAD to because of what happened. I also love it that Sephora ships their products with a prepaid shipping label. And I also like it that I can return Sephora.com items to one of their stores. THAT is good customer service. Another company with good customer service is Avon. If you have a problem with an order, they fix it pronto and never make you return the screwed up item as long as it's something small like a lipstick or mascara. They will even credit you if you just dislike something you ordered. That is great customer service in my opinion.
