Covering Gray Hair

I have had my hair professionally dyed and highlighted. Now the gray has returned and it is too expensive to continue to go to the salon. Can I dye my hair a lighter color than my natural hair to give the appearance that the gray hairs are the highlighted hair?

I'm not sure how that would look, but there are products on the market for dying gray hair blonde. I don't know what color your natural hair is?

Highlift by Wella is a good place to start. Check out all of their colors. Good luck!

RE: Covering Gray Hair

I think once you start with home dye, you'll never want to go back to the salon, its so much cheaper and the quality is much better

USE L'Oreal Excellence

Make sure you have a hair dye brush also. I section my hair into 4 so its easier to manage. So do one quarter at a time.
