For Good Sleep

HAVE A SOUND SLEEP:

Take a glass of hot milk. Mix about 20 ml of pure &

natural Honey. Mix it nicely and drink hot.

Meditate for 5 minutes and go to bed. See how nice sleep

you get. ( provided no liquor, coffee or tea before

taking this. )

Good Sleep

Well, I haven't slept good for a long while. If I get sleep at all its only 5 to 6 hours per night including getting up 3 to 4 times a night. I like the idea of hot milk and honey you described but what or how much is an ml in english.

have you tried yoga nidra?

Just have a look in google - there are tons of sites - or have a look at wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoga_Nidra#External_links
It's been a great help to us - I don't know if we're supposed to put in recommended links but if we are - try yoga-nidra.net - their take on yoga nidra is a lot less 'out there' than some!

Good sleep with satin pillowcase

Quality sleep is important and feeling comfortable definitely helps improves one's quality of sleep. I've read articles on using satin for our beds such as satin pillowcase, bedsheets etc. quoted from http://satinpillowcase.wordpress.com
