Oh, this breaks my heart. My son has a very severe seizure disorder when he was 4 and 5 and we nearly lost him several times. The panic and helplessness we felt were unmatched.
To lose a child has got to be the worst thing ever in this world. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Mike, and your family as well as all the children affected by that syndrome.

Condolences and Prayers
Geez Mike--words seem almost useless at this point. None the less, I'd like you to know that you are in my prayers, and you will be added to the prayer chain at tomorrow's Sunday School. I hope this helps in its own small, but heart felt way. |

Very sorry to hear this news.
I know Mike has written very touching and inspirational pieces about his son and his condition in the past. I'm sure the positive impact he had in his short life will be a strength to Mike and his family.
