Noticing this problem...
My hits haven't been updated in a few days. I have more member rates than are showing up on my account. Is this still happening for anyone else? |

Hi Summer - The hits aren't always updated on the weekend, and the member hits are updated daily. Your rates should reflect whatever number of member rates you had at a certain time yesterday before the updates on individual reviews were made. |

Pageviews, both member and non-member, have been updated every day this weekend. Is it possible that you're looking at an older version of your profile page that's been cached by your browser (hit the "refresh" button on your menu bar to check)?

I did refresh and signed in/out and in again. It's been going on for a few days. Hopefully it will work tomorrow. |

One thing that I've been noticing with some frequency of late is that, although alerts get sent and a member's total hits on the profile page are updated fairly early, the numbers on the five reviews that show on one's profile page aren't updating until several hours later (noonish EST). Perhaps this is what you're seeing?

I appreciate all of your help. It's just not updating member hits on certain reviews at all. It's been over a week. I'll just report it as a bug. |
