What happened to earnings?

I've had reviews on Epinions for five years now and could always count on a $10 check every January.

This year, I come back last week and earnings are stuck at $9.95, despite having written an additional 25 VH articles over the past week.

Have earnings gone down this year? I know Google had a big compensation change a few months ago. Has that affected earnings?

Thanks.

RE: What happened to earnings?

I don't know if earnings have gone up or down in general. I know that individual people will see differing results, depending upon their catalog of reviews. Are your old reviews still relevant? Are the products those that are inundated with reviews, or are you the sole reviewer?

As far as the new reviews you posted, you won't see earnings from them until the following month's IS Distribution (normally before the 15th of the month, and frequently earlier than that). So - in the next two weeks you will [hopefully] tip that scale!

RE: What happened to earnings?

Are earnings only posted to the report once a month?

So there's no point in my checking for earnings everyday (like I've been obsessively doing)?

Is there any way to track what articles earn how much on particular days?

RE: What happened to earnings?

Earnings are only posted once a month. Usually around the 15th (but frequently earlier).

As far as daily earnings, no, I don't think there is a way to tell. But you can track monthly earnings per review. Use your "view more reviews" link, then click on the blue earnings amount. You'll see a monthly breakdown.
