I purchased 3 Delonghi portable air conditioners from J&R along with extended warranties from RepairMaster. When one of the a'c's broke down, RepairMaster said they had no service providers in their network to repair the machine. I called J&R who said that all they did was sell the 3rd party warranty and took no responsibility for the product that they sold. Basically J&R is complicit in the fraud, taking their cut from selling a bogus warranty.
