I sent an email requesting if they had any Zumo 550 in stock and if they were new, I had a reply in 15 minutes. I was a little reluctant to order from GPSonSALE because of their poor rating here but decided to do so anyway. I had a Confermation reciept in 15 minutes and a ups tracking email before the end of the day. I had it shipped 3 day and it was at my door on the 3rd day as promised. It was new, and seems to work 100% I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. They were $170 cheaper than Harley and $100 cheaper than Comp USA

I ordered the Garmin Nuvi 765T, with next day shipping, using Google checkout. GPSonline sent the order confirmation 1 minute later. In less than 4 1/2 hours, I had the UPS tracking number emailed to me, and it arrived before 11 am the next morning. It was an excellent transaction.

I ordered a gps for a birthday gift from GPSonSALE.com. I waited patiently and did not receive the product. I contacted them and was told "I can only assume we never shipped it." They made me look foolish. The order was eventually canceled. I know mistakes happen, but how can you not notice you didn't ship an order with all of today's technology?

Good experience. Ordered a Garmin GPSMAP 4208 on Sunday evening and had it here by Thursday afternoon. Hard to talk to anyone on the phone, but at the savings I experienced it was well worth that minor inconvience. I would recommend this seller and would buy from them again.
