Excellent service from Charles P. Rogers

I thought I would share a good furniture experience. My wife was looking at the Charles P Rogers website and saw a bed she wanted. I like to buy my furniture in person, especially if I haven't seen the actually object. Its not like a camera you can compare apples to apples. But Barbara really wanted it so I called them. Surprisingly, they were helpful and friendly so we purchased our first piece of furniture off the internet! I am glad to report it arrived as promised and was actually better than I thought it would be. Barbara was right again! Anyway if you are looking to buy a bed I highly recommend them. Larry

Customer Service Disappointment

We ordered a wood bed from Charles P. Rogers after reviewing a number of comments regarding the quality of their product, and their remarkable customer service. We recieved the bed and the shipper had damaged it. We immediately contacted Charles P. Rogers and advised of hte problem. Over the weeks that ensued, we lost faith in their committment to remarkable customer service. Their delayed responses to our calls and emails has been excessive. And, their agreed to compensation has yet to be seen. The bed is beautiful... jut beware if you have any problems this will not be a postive experience.

Worst Customer Service on the Planet

I made the mistake of buying a bed from Charles Rogers.
In order to get the bed you are required to sign for
it sight unseen (It seems unbelievable but this is their company policy).
The company assured me that they guarantee replacement
of damaged beds. Mine was , of course, damaged
by the shipper the company uses. It is FOUR months
later and I still waiting for them to make good on
their promises. I've contacted the company multiple times.
I would never order from them again and I recommend that others think twice before doing so.

Why is this section titled "Excellent Customer Service"
at least half the people posting have had a terrible experience with this company involving poor product and
awful customer service.

Love the Bed, Love the Service

Got my bed last night. It is just like the picture with some very nice finishes that you don't see on line or in the catalog. Ordering was very easy. Delivery was in a week. I paid the extra $105.00 for set up, well worth it. The guys were very neat, accommodating and done in 15 to 20 mins. It would have taken me an hour or better. I called to give an additional phone number as my cell was not working. The office called the truck on route and was able to give them the new number and confirm their estimated arrival time. In short, great work.

bad customer service

I was about to order something but was really turned off by the rude and pushy saleswoman who answered the phone. Plus, she was totally clueless when I asked about dimensions and other technical details that a salesperson should know about their products. If they're this rude when they're trying to SELL you something what happens if there's a problem that needs to be resolved? Better to keep my money away from this company.
