pasta perfect pasta machine

I bought a Pasta Perfect pasta machine at Goodwill, but it didn't come with the measuring cups. I don't know how much flour or liquid to use. The recipe in the manual just says to fill the cup to "Full load". So how much is a "full load"? Can anyone tell me, please? Thanks.

RE: pasta perfect pasta machine

I just bought a Pasta Perfect at a local thrift store, also, but mine doesn't even have a manual! I can't find ANYTHING about it on the internet. I've tried every keyword search I can think of, and I've never used one before, so I'm pretty clueless. It's not even listed on the company's web site (Benico Industrial Co.). Can you help? I'd be happy to pay for a copy of yours!

From everything I've read about this product I would suggest you use it as a bud vase and forget the user manual.

I have misplaced my manual, but do have the measuring cups. The dry measure is 1 1/4 cup. The liquid measure is 1/3 cup for half recipe and 3/4 cup for full recipe. Hope this helps. I have used mine with much success. If I find my manual, I will post it.

If you have the manual I need a copy,,,,just got a machine but no manual, measuring cups or anything but one fettucini extruder plate. I venture that the measure is 1 1/4 cup dry to 3/4 cup liquid. However, is there oil or yeast? I have not a clue. I would be willing to pay for the info, if necessary.

Thanks

Pasta Perfect manual

We just purchased a Pasta Perfect at a flea market and are preparing to use it for the first time this evening. The measuring cups for our machine were also missing (and thank you for providing information regarding the actual measurements!), but we DO have a copy of the manual. What information are you looking for?

RE: Pasta Perfect manual

Hi! I purchased a Pasta Perfect pasta machine second-hand and it came with all the pieces(I'm pretty sure cuz there are many.) The only thing it doesn't have is the manual and I have no clue how to use it. If you would be willing to scan your manual onto a computer and email it to me, I would be more than willing to pay for an e-copy of it.(judging by all the posts, there are several people that would.) I have a paypal account that could send you the money that way. If you would be willing to do this, my email is patterson04468@aol.com. Just let me know what you feel would be a fair price ($5.00 maybe?) or whatever you feel is worth your time to do this. I would greatly appreciate it.

RE: pasta perfect pasta machine

I have the machine and the cups, and I will be happy to give you the measurements of both if you will share the manual with me. If I remember correctly (and this goes back a few years), there were recipes for several variations of pastas. But what I need most is the timing of the mixture and the kneeding before extrusion. Can you scan or copy and email to me? I'll glad pay what you think the trouble is worth.

RE: Pasta Perfect manual

I am looking for some of the recipes that I think I remember (from many years ago) and the amount of time in the machine before extrusion. I would be happy to pay for a copy of the manual if you could provide.

Will you make a copy and send to me for a price? Am willing to pay for either a snail mail copy or an email attachment.

RE: Pasta Perfect manual

Greetings:

Like others in this thread, I have this pasta machine and the extrude molds but no measuring cups or Manual. May I get a copy of the manual from you? Perhaps just the most basic, critical parts, if making a PDF of it or xeroxing it is a chore.

Thanks so much

Steve

Just a gentle reminder that you should include an e-mail address if you'd like someone to e-mail you something.

RE: Pasta Perfect manual

Excellent; you do have the manual! Would you please post and send me the basic instructions for making pasta. Proportions of flour, egg, water. How long to mix. Any tips on the extruding (e.g. warming the molds before use, etc.). Tips on clean up.

Thanks so much,

Steve

Ah... no, I don't have the manual. But someone who reads these posts does have a manual. I hope s/he'll come through for you.
