Re: Rival Lid Explosion

Lid exploded on me while on warm. Have used cooker several times before with lid on high. While most of it imploded, glass did go everywhere. Thank goodness I was not standing over it. I cannot find an address for Rival or any email info. Wanted to send them pics. Tried Holmes, they do not make them. Any info?

RE: Rival Lid Explosion

I believe Rival is now a brand owned by Crock-Pot. You can try their website at http://www.crock-pot.com. They have contact information there.
