Spa Sensations Mattress

WalMart sells an inexpensive version of the memory foam mattress under the name of "Spa Sensations." Learn from my unfortunate experience that you get what you pay for, and this mattress is CHEAP in EVERY sense of the word! I slept on a Tempurpedic for five years and was looking for an inexpensive substitute (the 8" model is $300). Bad mistake: for the first few days it felt like I was sleeping on a kitchen cutting board, and then after about a week it felt like a large kitchen sponge. I am hoping to return it (if I can't, I will take delight it cutting it up for discard). This product is not listed here, nor is WalMart as a seller of memory foam mattresses (even though I swear there is NO memory in the Spa Sensations memory foam!); so I could not post a traditional review, which is why I am posting this topic here.

RE: Spa Sensations Mattress

Sorry to hear about your mattress problems, although "You get what you pay for" is almost always true. Although there is not a specific category for this mattress brand or for purchasing a mattress at Wal-Mart, I encourage you to leave a general review of Wal-Mart. Here's the URL:

http://www.epinions.com/srvc-Wal_mart/sec_~opinion_list/display_~reviews/pp_~2#list

Write whatever you want about Wal-Mart, and be sure to tell the story of your mattress purchase. The more complete your reviews is, the better it will be rated and the more chance you stand to earn money from the review. Therefore, discuss the location of the store, convenience of shopping there, overall cleanliness, layout and prices, and your mattress tale. More people will probably read that review than will see your comment here.

Good luck!
