Beware of Improvements Catalogue Site

Beware of dealing with this company, which does not stand behind its products. In my instance, I ordered an oval lawn sign which had the option of either one or two lines of print. The top would be the street number and the bottom the street name or family name, etc. I wanted one line with my street number only. When I received the sign, the address was not vertically centered, but was placed where the "first" line would have been had I ordered a two line sign.

I called customer service and stated I was unhappy with the sign's appearance. The catalogue description said nothing about one line of print not being centered on the sign. In fact all of their other one line "number only" products that were illustrated had the street numbers centered both vertically and horizontally in the sign's space.

I stated that common sense would dictate that this product would follow all of their others, but that fell on deaf ears. They told me it was my responsibility and I should have asked about the centering if I was only using one line of numbers.

They refused to make it right by either sending a new satisfactory sign or to refund the $90.98 that I paid. So, buyers beware before dealing with this company.

You ought to write a proper review about this company. Your review can be seen on the Internet. Your comment will not be seen.

Cheers
