Searched for a Days Inn rate on Orbitz and when saw that it was a "pay-in-advance, no cancel, no refund" - I went directly to www.DaysInn.com There it was very clearly stated that the cancellation policy was, "by 6PM on the Day Of Check-In". A big difference from going through the Orbitz service. SO - booked the room (same price) and in the end, lo and behold - the reservation ended up being "Paid in Advance, No Cancellation and No Refund !!" What a flim flam, dirty trick that was. The stay won't even take place for 3 weeks and they flat out refuse to refund the money - which has already been charge to credit card. WARNING - Days Inn, Wyndham Hotels BEWARE OF THEIR WEBSITES

I'm sorry about your poor experience - sometimes the fine print can get you!
