Be careful...

Please keep names out of the posts. I will have to hide/delete threads that have any personal info (even names) so please try to keep posts general and not use names or other info. Epinions' TOS is clear about not using names, addresses, phone numbers, or emails on these boards.

Thanks!

Patty

Ensumables/RedstickLtd

2 April 2008
Unfortunately we have just discovered this site today, what a great pity. We have tried (unsuccessfully) to contact the above company. It would appear that we have all experienced difficulty in getting them to either answer their telephone or online enquiry form. It should not be easy for them to operate in this manner however, they do so whilst remaining faceless. Why should we pensioners or anyone else be expected to supplement their incomes when they fail to operate their business in a professional manner. How they sleep at night is beyond me.

Having spoken to Trading Standards regarding their illegal trading tactics, we have written directly to them. If we have no response then we shall pursue them through the legal system.

Please, Please let us all hound our local T.S. offices until they stop them mugging the innocent.

Esumables - Red Stick Limited

Update

I have finally received a refund from Red Stick direct for my goods after having a lengthy conversation with them. Hopefully those that have paid by credit card are covered. I unfortunately paid by debit card and was not covered by any insurance.

Perth Trading Standards are aware of this company and have visited them several times. Nochex are aware of the company as well.

Same as all the other posters here so not going to bore you with the details I have spent too much time chasing this down and now find myself spending even more time now.BUT IT WILL BE WORTH IT IF WE ALL TRY TO DO SOMETHING

Thanks for sticking to the rules. I know it is frustrating but we have to abide by the terms of service.

Carry on. :)

Similarly I wish I'd seen this page before ordering. I ordered 102 worth of ink jet cartridges on 19.6.08 with no goods received or response to emails nor phone. It's strange as this is the 4th time I've ordered and previous orders have arrived promptly. I did ring the home number supplied on this page and spoke to the owner who said that the company is still running and promised to fulfill the order. I'll report back if he does.
However if you've ordered through a Visa card they will reimburse you if you contact them 30 days after ordering and not receiving goods.
Postscript..On the 12th July I received my cartridges all as ordered and a pack of Inkjet photo paper presumably by way of a goodwill offering. I'm not sure what to make of it all.

My mother ordered ink cartridges in May and has also had trouble with this company. I eventually called them last month and almost in the first sentence he was swearing at me! He took no responsibility for the order, saying he had no record of it, when in fact we even had a copy of the order no and confirmation. His reply was that nochex had her money and we should take the matter up with them and if no joy then we should get the money back from the credit card company. I tried to explain that credit card companies only cover for orders over 100 but he would none of it. I called Trading Standards in our area (North Yorkshire) and they confirmed that, legally, redstick are responsible. We have written more letters and still nothing has been done. We are now in the process of gathering our info to send to TSO. Thank you for your posts - it will give weight to our claims if we all report them.

Hi, just thought you should know that my mother had a reply from TSO recently who have discovered that redstick ltd are now in liquidation. They believe that there is little hope of my mother ever receiving her money back now.

Esumables

I have been reading the negative reviews of Esumables and wish I had seen them before I ordered.

I have one query: Esumables up until recently was trading as Redstick which we now know has gone into liquidation.

I too have been stung by a company calling it Esumables(non-delivery of goods, no replies to emails, etc. etc. etc.) but the one I ordered from is trading under C.S. Parker Ltd. Is this the same company reinventing itself after liquidation???? If it is, does anyone know what to do about it? Obviously Trading Standards are of little help.
