Warning about iMED Discount Medical Supplies
On April 30, 2009, I ordered a package of N95 respirator masks prior to an airline trip (got sick on last long flight due to re-circulated air). I started inquiring about my order in late May. I've emailed them twice and received only one answer consisting of excuses. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes on June 12, I was told that I couldn't cancel the order, nor could I exchange the masks should I ever receive them!
Nothing stating this policy was posted on the website when I placed the order or in the one email I've received from the company on May 27. I've filed an official complaint with the NYC BBB. The amount is under the $50 so my credit card company won't do a refund.
I noticed that this company advertises on the health part of epinions. Beware of them. |
