If you think being a customer of Chase bank is bad, try working for them!! Just in case no one knew, over the next two years Chase is sending 30% of it's back office operations to Bangalore India. Now don't you just have the warm and fuzzies all over?? By doing this, they get to pay our counterparts an eighth of what they pay their US employees. Need an example, how about 1200.00 a year to an Indian as opposed to 30000.00 a year for a US citizen. Chase Bank 'claims' to be all about the Customer and Customer Service is it's main priority. Do not let them fool you, all this bank cares about is the almighty dollar. They are greedy and will stop at nothing to drain their customers and their employees of every dollar they can. Do not fear though, because we all will have our satisfaction when they fall FLAT on their face, and will wind up paying BILLIONS more for their mistakes in law suits, rehires, training, and all the other countless expenses that they will incur after failing miserably in a third world country. All you have to do is look at the previous financial institutions that have been snookered by India and the pathetic low cost of doing business there. Look at Bank of America. After two years of doing this, they were running as fast as they could to get back to the U.S. Hey, wake up, there's a reason it is so cheap there.....bottom line: You get what you pay for!
