Went to the seminar last night- wondering if you are still using the knowledge and skills acquired in this program and would recommend it still?

I agree with you view on working it- they stressed without action the knowledge would be worthless. I attended a seminar last night. I am wondering if you did enroll in the program and what your experience was.
