I purchased a cat genie and I LOVE it, except that 2 of my 3 cats will only pee in it. So, there is poop everywhere in the house! How do I make them less disenchanted with it! HELP!!!

I could never get my cats to use the Cat Genie so after 2.5 years I threw away my $500 investment. I recommend the Scoop Free Litter Box with the Forever Litter Tray (not designed or sold by the company that makes the Scoop Free litter box). It controls the odor really well, my cats use it and the disposable cartridge system is effortless (if you can afford them). Since I am trying to save money I have purchased the Forever Litter Tray and bulk crystal litter to use instead of the disposable cartridges.
