New Jersey?

I know that Philly has a commanding lead in good restaurants, but a New Jersey sub-directory would be helpful. You would have to split it into 3 parts: N. Jersey (near NY), S. Jersey (near Philly) and Central Jersey (near nothing at all).

Piscataway NJ is perhaps most central in NJ
