In my experience machines do vary in features and design details from time to time. For example, The Life Fitness equipment at my health club is brand new, but some machines are slightly different than the brand new models shown on the Life Fitness website. As far as the rating I can't address the specifics of her Express Review so I'll decline rating it. -Dave

I ended up giving it a show because she seemed very nice and left a nice commnent. She was going to call the company but I haven't seen another comment from her. Then there's the issue of a machine I reviewed and haven't posted that when the reviewer wrote the review she said it came with dumbbells. It doesn't. Did it ever? Maybe. I did ask her if at the time there was a special promotion (did I already write this? It sounds familiar) but again no comment back. jo

From what I read on the first review, it sounds like she was pretty sure of what she had posted. I wonder if they don't make model year changes to items like this without changing the model number? This type of thing happens all the time with hockey equipment and of course cars.
