hi i,m new here.but have been riding sport bikes for 24yrs,the first gsxr1100 was my first sport bike.my question is why when almost every single ,time,every single time,i have almost been hit and or watched someone get into an accident ,i looked at the person driving and they should have there license reveiwed do to age,health and or very poor movement or judgment.i would like to start sending to congress a law saying anyone over a certian age has to be monitored and be tested every year and or driving skills and movement behind the wheel watched every year.i feel like no one is doing anything about it.that were just sitting by watching young and old dying when we the poeple could of somwhat prvented it.i have to tell the world.thank you and i hope i do not offend someone.

Welcome! I don't think anyone here will be offended by the idea that drivers should have to demonstrate their competence to keep their licenses. However, I do have a couple of comments.

First, you've posted your thoughts in the Vans & Minivans forum. Granted, there is no Motorcycle forum and there really should be. I suggest that you post this in the General Automotive forum here in the Cars section, which is at http://www1.epinions.com/msg/show_~topics/cat_id_~3/id_~124

Second, the US Congress doesn't make traffic laws; state legislatures do that. I thought there were a few states that require older drivers to at least get a vision test to maintain their licenses, if not an actual driving test. To really make such a law work, you'd probably have to get at least half the states to enact it.
