This album is a wonderful mix of instrumental pieces and songs inspired by Nature-based Spirituality. Themes include: the sacredness of the Earth, the Divine as "Great Spirit", meditation, trance, making the mundane acts of life spiritual and transforming. Much of the music is Native American in style - drums, rattles, rain sticks, etc. transport you away from the cares of your everyday life.

This is a wonderful trance or meditation inducing piece. Native American style vocalizations are backed by steady drumbeats and the sounds of rainsticks and rattles. This will make you feel utterly languid.

Steady and rhythmic - studded with drumbeats and ankle bells - sings to Mother Earth, how we all walk upon the same ground, how "she" should be sacred to all of us. Lovely sopranic harmonies work well here.
