November 1999 is looking to be a big month for Alanis, who will make her cinematic debut by portraying God in Kevin Smith's "Dogma ( released on November 12) and which features a new song , "Still", included on the soundtrack in stores now.
Morissette's new live cd titled " Alanis Morissette MTV Unplugged" features twelve songs from the singer's MTV performance at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Her set includes "You Oughta Know," "You Learn," Uninvited," and a cover of The Police's "King Of Pain.".
The CD will be released on November 23 and MTV will air Unplugged all over the world. Maverick Records has made a digital download of the live "Thank U" available to fans who pre-order the "Unplugged" CD on line. And over 100 websites are featuring the MTV Unplugged live version of Uninvited for listening only.
