Up And Coming Hip Hop And R&B

The advent of new technologies has enabled fans to help undiscovered or local bands identify and reach new audiences through word of mouth on a scale that is truly global. Get involved by writing about a Hip Hop or R&B group or singer who is as yet unsigned, but has music that is recorded and accessible. Place the name of the band and the style of music they play in the title of your review so that others can easily identify them. Be sure to list the band's home city and state, the URL to their Web site and any other locations where people can listen to or buy their music. Support you local music scene!
