Pros: Well-produced rock represented the cream of the 1980's crop... Cons: Strange sequencing and bad "new" song...
British rockers are damn sexy, especially when they happen to wear tight jeans use inordinate amounts of Aqua Net and jump around a massive stage. Maybe that was my draw to Def Leppard back in “the day.” Actually in all fairness I was more a Bon Jovi gi ...

Pros: All their big classic hits Cons: Some songs that really weren't that great
Did you ever jump around in your room doing air guitar to the infectious “Pour Some Sugar On Me”? Did you ever have your heart broken and shed your tears of pain on your bed listening to “Love Bites”? Did you love the blatant rebellion of “Let’s Get...

Pros: Absolutely amazing rock from the kings of the 80's. Cons: Usually lumped in with other 80's hair metal bands.
Ladies and gentlemen… the best of Def Leppard.
I know what you’re asking. Drew? You’re reviewing a Def Leppard CD? Def Leppard? Yes, it’s me, fan of Pearl Jam and Soundgarden. I’m coming out of the closet to say--I LOVE this band! I love the...

Pros: Great beats, voices, rhythms, words, all around real music! Cons: Nothing!
My other favorite group to ever come out. I can picture myself someday at seventy years old still rocking out to this band. And of course still being romantic with my significant other with Def Leppard's more slow romantic songs. Def Leppard is just...

Pros: Superb nearly definitive collection of Def Leppard. Cons: The new track needs to go.
The 1980s are a time that many rock fans would prefer to forget. A lot of limp and weak hair metal pervaded the time and much of that is forgettable. However, some genuinely good rock music did emerge from that era. One of those bands that managed to...

Pros: 15 good songs from a band performing them well. A solid intro. to Def Leppard. Cons: Not too everyone's tastes. 80's rock is an acquired taste.
Shakespeare wrote of the ‘seven stages of man’. I can’t remember off-hand what exactly these were, but I’m fairly sure that one of these must have been ‘Big Hair Band Stage’. It seems an incontrovertible fact of life that at some stage during the ...

Pros: Excellent album, I never skip a track! Cons: None
I have a huge taste in music, a very huge taste, I first heard these guys in the early 80’s and have been rocking ever since, this is an awesome album and one of the many that I play from start to finish. Def Leppard was one of the biggest influences...

Pros: 15 excellent tracks of hard rockers and power ballads from one of the greatest bands Cons: none
Def Leppard managed to survive the "hair metal" movement after it was crushed by the up and coming Seattle sound--aka "Grunge" in the early 1990's. However, while the band fell under this label, Leppard was much more talented than...

Pros: all the best hits from one of the best bands of the 1980s (and early early 90s?) Cons: none with this album
For some odd reason, Def Leppard gets thrown in with all the "hair bands" from the 1980s. I honestly can't understand this. Sure they lived the lifestyle, but their music was far and away better than your hair band fodder, and they have...

Pros: Compiled for the commercial listener who is drawn to all that is watered down. Cons: same as the pros
This is a great compilation if you wanna get wuzz-rocked. Those who know nothing of great tunes like "Switch 625", "Wasted" or "Billy's Got A Gun" will be drawn to this buffet of drivel called Vault.
Before buying this, one should come to...

Pros: the CD Cons: nothing
If Def Leppard is one of your favorite bands from the 80s and early 90s than this is a must own CD. Even if you already own all of the CD they have already released you should own this one as well. This way you don't have to go from CD to CD to listen...

Pros: A great album for any fan of Def Leppard or 80's rock in general. Cons: If you are a Def Leppard fan you have all of these tracks already.
I was not a fan of Def Leppard until I heard "Pour Some Sugar on Me" at a party. I went out and picked up this album only because that track was included but what I found made me a true fan.
Every song on the CD is worth listening to. The...

My review of the CD "Vault"
by padresfan ,Dec 16 '03
Pros: The pros of this album are that every song is a good one. Cons: Some songs may be to slow for some people's tastes.
I personally think the CD "Vault" is a very good album. My favorites of the CD were the songs called "Pour Some Sugar On me","Photograph","Love Bites","Let's get rocked","Foolin'",and "Rock Of Ages."This band is one of my all-time favorites and a lot of songs on this album tell why.I would seriously recommend this CD to all those 80's rockers out there who love good music. This is a CD that you can just let play through and not worry about skipping a song, because every song on here is a good one. This is hands down one of the best albums.
