A list of top ten movies is going to be very different for different people, depending on what type of movies one likes to watch. I really enjoy watching romance movies, as many women out there tend to, so I thought I would share my favorite top ten romance movies with everyone. Who knows, maybe some guys out there have already or will enjoy these as well. If you haven't seen any of these and you really enjoy romance movies, I highly recommend them all for you!

1) Man in the Moon: A young Reese Witherspoon falls in love with the new older farm boy that moves in next door to her. Too bad her older sister falls in love with him as well. This is a great romance movie for all ages with a surprise ending that will have you crying rivers of tears.

2) Legends of the Fall: A romance that the guys might actually enjoy. It not only has many great love scenes, but many great action packed scenes as well. Any Brad Pitt fans, be sure not to miss this one! His love scenes with Julia Ormand are pretty intense!

3) Dying Young: This older 80's movies with Julia Roberts is also one of my all time favorites. I do cancer research for a living, so her interactions and feelings for a man with cancer really pull at my heart strings. This movie is one that really makes you appreciate what you have in your own life!

4) Phenomenon: John Travolta falls in love with Kyra Sedgwick and this movie takes you through their relationship as he deals with his new-found "abilities". I don't want to give anything away because the cause for his abilities is the main focus and surprise of the movie. You have to watch to see the surprise for yourself. Be sure to have some tissues handy.

5) Romeo and Juliet: The newest version is ok, but I would more recommend one of the older versions for the best impact. The new one with Leonardo and Claire Danes tends to input humor, where I really don't think Shakespeare meant to have humor interjected at all. This story is one of classic love between teenagers where parents just don't agree with it. Most of us can relate to this at least some time in our lives.

6) Can't Buy Me Love: This is more of a fun romance movie that any age is sure to enjoy. There are no tear-jerker scenes in this one and it is often really funny. It showcases Patrick Dempsey as a nerdy grass-cutter that falls in love and pays for a cheerleader to date him. It's teenager antics are fun for any age group.

7) Some Kind of Wonderful: This is one of the lesser known movies on my list, but it is still a classic. I love this movie and finally found it on sale somewhere! It's another classic 80's teenage romance movie, with a guy and two girls, one's a pretty cheerleader and the other is a tom-boy drum player. The tom-boy falls in love with her best friend, the boy, but the boy is in love with the cheerleader. This movie takes you through their love triangle and the final realization of who really loves whom.

8) First Knight: Another one that the guys might enjoy for the fighting scenes involving King Arthur (Sean Connery). He loves Julia Ormand, and they marry, but she finds that she loves the king's faithful knight played by Richard Gere. This is another classic tale redone with popular actors that is an interesting story for all ages.

9) Sixteen Candles: Poor Samantha, it's her sixteenth birthday and she is in love with an older boy who doesn't know she exists. This is another hilarious 80's romance movie that takes us through the adolescent agony of being in love with the school jock that has no idea you are even alive. This movie also has some really funny parts involving a chinese exchange student, Long-Duck-Dong. You really can't miss this movie if you like romance movies!

And...my all time favorite love movie...

10) Ghost: Demi Moore, Patrick Swayze, and Whoopi Goldberg give great performances in this heart-wrenching movie. It has such a great storyline that often keeps you on the edge of your seat while wiping your tears at the same time. If you like romance movies this is one that you just can not miss!

Hope you enjoy!
