When reading USA Today you have to know what you are looking for. If you want in depth analysis and news about your local area, you are out of luck. If you want to catch up on the news of the day and what the rest of America is thinking about, you are in the right place.

This paper is one of my favorite parts of traveling or vacation. No matter where I go in the US, or even the world, I can find a copy of USAT waiting for me.

USAT seems to be designed for the person on the go. It has bright colors, big headlines, and descriptive charts, graphs and illustrations. It does not require your complete attention and can easily be read while waiting for your connecting flight or relaxing by the hotel pool.

If your favorite sports team is not the local team, you will enjoy the daily updates on every team in the league.

Overall: When accompanied by your local paper, or used as an occasional substitute USA Today makes for an easy and entertaining read.
